Increased Engagement
I am a results-oriented Project Manager whose primary focus is construction project management, backed by a Computer Science background and technical knowledge in software engineering. I have a proven track record of leading cross-functional teams, coordinating construction and civils contractors, and driving projects from requirements through to handover.
My core expertise is in construction project delivery - site requirements gathering, timeline and budget tracking, vendor and contractor coordination, and stakeholder sign-off - supported by full-cycle software development (SDLC) knowledge that lets me work fluently with both site teams and technical teams.
